About Our Church

The Heights Church is a member of NSW and ACT Baptist Churches (formally the NSW and ACT Baptist Union) We have always focused on teaching God’s Word as a faithful witness to our community and as a result we have seen many lives transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit through God's word. Our desire is that The Heights Church will be a place that you can call your spiritual home, where you can serve God and be cared for in your church family.

Our Sunday Services

9:30am Family Service
9:30am Family Service

Our 9:30am service is a family service and usually concludes by 10.45am, followed by morning tea. It is the place where people of all generations, gather together to hear God's word and connect together in worship.

10am Kid's Church
10am Kid's Church

Our junior church program runs during school terms and commences 30 minutes after our 9:30am service begins. It caters for ages 3 to 15 years who are divided into appropriate age groups. The children enjoy hearing bible stories, singing songs, playing games and taking part in lots of craft and other activities, while the high school group meet to study what the bible has to say to their generation.

6pm Contemporary Service
6pm Contemporary Service

Our 6pm service is a contemporary service for all ages. The music is great, the coffee and supper (sometimes a light meal) is superb, but most importantly we gather to hear God's word, learn more about the claims of Jesus and explore what it means to be a Christian in today's culture.

Special Services

We have special services and celebrations throughout the year.
* Baptism services
* Communion is the first Sunday of the month.
* Christmas Day Service
* Easter Services
*Weddings, Funerals and Special Celebrations (available upon request.
